Q: How can I become a member of your network of stores?
A: We're always interested in having more members! All you have to do is review our joining guidelines, then get in touch and we can discuss the details.

Q: Do you process product orders for the stores in your network?
A: No, each member store is responsible for their own credit card transactions, fulfillments, shipping, and other business transactions.

Q: If I have a dispute with one of your network stores, how should I handle it?
A: We recommend you work directly with the store owner to resolve any disputes. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may need to involve your credit card issuing authority or bank to reconcile the situation. QuiltHood.com and Sterling Rose Design cannot get involved in any financial disputes between stores and their customers.

Q: Can I use your pattern for my guild/project/class?
A: Probably, if you don't charge for the patterns or the class. Send me an email with the details of your organization, as well as why and how you want to use the pattern, and I'll let you know for sure.

Q: What is your privacy policy? Is my information safe with you?
A: We take privacy concerns very seriously. We never have, never will sell, share, or otherwise make known to others your personal information - not even with our member stores. We collect and protect your information solely for the purpose of informing you about happenings on our site, or occasionally our member stores' sites. Period.
